Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be modified or cancelled directly on our website up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. If a cancellation occurs after this deadline (less than 24 hours before the appointment), a €10 cancellation fee will be applied. This fee will be deducted from any payments already made. In the event of an unjustified no-show or failure to cancel, no refund will be given, and the session will be considered completed.
