Refund Policy
At Chrysalead Martinique, we are committed to delivering high-quality services related to business creation, including business plans, coaching, and training programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of purchase or contract signature during which you may cancel your order.
However, this right applies only if the service has not yet started.
Business Plans

If the assignment has not yet begun, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period and receive a full refund.

Once the assignment has started (i.e., once the agreed work has commenced), any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Training Programs

You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if your request is made within the 14-day withdrawal period and before the training begins.

Once the training has started, no refund will be granted, even in the event of withdrawal or non-completion. In such cases, access to the training platform and its content will be suspended.
Coaching Sessions and Online Appointments

Coaching sessions may be modified or canceled directly via our website up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, a €10 cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from amounts already paid.

In the event of an unjustified absence or failure to cancel, no refund will be issued, and the session will be considered fully consumed.
